Delete your Listya account
You can delete your Listya account, and everything in it, at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open Listya and sign in.
- Go to Me (the last tab on a phone, or Me in the menu at the top on a computer), then Manage account.
- Tap Delete your account and confirm twice.
It happens straight away, and you are signed out.
By email
Write to info@listya.ai from the email address on the account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We delete it and reply to confirm, usually within two working days and always within 30 days.

- Your account: email address, name, date of birth, colours, photo and password hash.
- Every list you own, and the circles you started.
- Your messages, posted lists and hearts, and invitations sent to or from you.
- Every sign-in session, on every device.
Lists you were only on (someone else's) stay with their owner — you are simply taken off them.
What is kept
Nothing. The database keeps rolling backups for up to 30 days, so anything deleted is gone from those within 30 days too.
Just some of it?
You do not have to delete the account to remove something: any list can be deleted on its own (it waits in the bin on your device for a week), and you can leave a circle at any time.
